DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders that are low priced are mainly delivered by Royal Mail. Anything bulky or larger than 750 grams is normally delivered by a Courier Company, which we will choose at the time of delivery

Our postage costs are as follows:-

Spending over £5 on products excluding postage costs

- FREE 2nd Class Postage

- £1.00 1st Class Postage

Spending under £5 on products excluding postage costs

- £0.65 2nd Class Postage

- £1.50 1st Class Postage

We are a United Kingdom family run based business that only delivers to the United Kingdom.

Our delivery time scales are as follows:-

- We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days, but as we are a small family run business, on some rare occasions during our busy periods, we may take up to 10 working days. If we are likely to take more than 2 working days to dispatch orders, we will have a notice on our website informing our customers of this delay. So if you still would like to place an order, it is fine, but please be aware that your order can take longer to arrive than our normal dispatch schedule. We also do not dispatch during the weekends or bank holidays.

- 1st class postage normally takes 1 to 2 working days after we have dispatched your order, but can sometimes take longer (if not received within 5 working days after we had dispatched your order, then please let us know via email providing your order number.

-2nd class postage normally takes 2 to 5 working days after we have dispatched your order, but can sometimes take several working days. (if not received 10 working days after we had dispatched your order, then please let us know via email providing your order number.
